Supply Shock Tracker

Five daily signals for BTC supply-shock conditions. Each tile flips green when it points to tight supply or strong demand, red when the opposite, amber when between. The regime line up top is a summary of the green-count — nothing more.

How to read this

Each tile shows one signal: today's value, a 30-day sparkline, the green/red thresholds, and the live source. The regime line at the top is just a count of green tiles — what each count describes:

  • 5 green — Supply-shock conditions fully present: tight supply and strong demand on every signal.
  • 3–4 green — Supply tightening: most signals point toward shock conditions.
  • 2 green — Mixed: some signals tightening, some loose.
  • ≤1 green — Supply loose: no shock conditions on the board.

The page is descriptive, not prescriptive. It tells you what the five inputs say; what to do with that read is up to you.

Sources · CoinMetrics community API (reserves, flows, MVRV) · Coinbase + Binance spot (premium) · Nasdaq summary (ETF AUM across 9 of 11 spot BTC ETFs — BITB and DEFI are <3% combined and unavailable on this endpoint) · internal EV-based mNAV (same calc as /markets). First-run quirks: weekly ETF flow and the 3-day premium average need 7 days of history to populate fully; both fall back to today-only readings until history accrues.
